In beautiful Mariebergsviken you will find this modern apartment. When you enter the apartment downstairs, you are met by a state-of-the-art accommodation that exudes style and good taste. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. Including fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven and coffee maker. Next door you will find the apartment's bathroom with washing machine, shower and WC/washbasin. The living room contains both a dining table, sofa group and a daybed with room for two people. The sofa is also convertible into a bed. There is also a spacious chest of drawers for clothes and other things. At the end of the corridor you will find the bedroom with a double bed and hangers for your clothes. Parking is on the street outside the plot subject to availability. If it's full here, there's plenty of space at Mariebergsskogen a couple of minutes away. The owners live above the apartment. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and they also request that guests do not smoke on the property. A short walk from this accommodation you will find the popular Marieberg Forest with animals, cafe/restaurant, museum and fantastic nature. Some of our biggest artists also come here during the summer, such as Håkan Hellström. Right next to Mariebergsskogen there is a sandy beach to swim at, also on the other side of the bay. 10 minutes' walk and you are in the middle of Karlstad with its rich culture and entertainment. Plenty of restaurants both next to the river/Vänern and in the center. Several shopping centers for those who feel like it, as well as bus/train to various destinations such as Stockholm, Gothenburg and Oslo. Or why not take the boat out to the islands in Vänern.
